greenish brown
with many tiny polyps that open and close as they
capture plankton or other small portions of food. Cuttings are 2-3

Pale to bright pink zoanthid polyps.
These guys get brighter pink under more intense lighting.
Growth rate is moderate to slow. Frags are 3-4 polyps and come

Green with bright green
or pink centers,
excellent polyp extension. The star polyps will expand onto your
substrate or rock work by
growing onto adjacent rocks. The star
polyps will create a carpet-like appearance and add a nice look to
your reef. $15.00.

A fast growing soft coral. It is similar
in appearance to our brown xenia, but the polyps are larger and do
not pulse. Also this coral does not require as strong as light as
xenia. We usually place it under N.O. or PC lights or on the bottom of our
tanks with VHO lighting. Plugs are:

Gorgonians |

A very nice photosynthetic purple
gorgonian. Does well under VHO lighting. Slow growth
rate, but very hardy as we have had the parent colony for more than
5 years. This coral will most likely be shipped without being
mounted on a rock. When it arrives cut back a small section of
the flesh before attaching it with
superglue gel.

If you are purchasing some of our SPS or LPS corals don't forget to add some super glue to your order. Most of our SPS and LPS corals are freshly cut frags. We prefer to ship them this way because the added weight of a rock or a plug increases the likelihood that the SPS/LPS corals will puncture the bag. We have been using this glue for years while propagating SPS & LPS corals with fabulous results. This glue even works great for attaching frags underwater.
