Coral Dynamics, Inc.  guarantees live arrival. Customer must be available to receive and sign for shipment and the items must be acclimated to your system within 1 hour of delivery. If you are not home or plan on acclimating them later that is fine, but that is at your own risk.  All shipments are sent requiring signature upon delivery unless other arrangements are made prior to shipment.

If you get livestock that you think is dead or close to it, acclimate the livestock like normal and let us know by phone or email. If your new livestock dies within 14 days or does not arrive alive we will give you a full in store credit for those animals lost. You can use the store credit towards your next order and you do not have to reorder the same item.  The store credit is valid for one year from your original purchase. The in store credit does not cover the additional shipping costs required to send your replacement corals lost in the initial shipment.  Shipping costs are not refundable unless the items/package is damaged or the package fails to arrive on time in accordance with FedEx Guarantee.  Please contact FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 to file a claim.  We will assist you with your claim against FedEx if necessary.  We may require a photograph of the dead/damaged items as proof of your loss.  Only rarely will we require the item be shipped back (at customers' expense).

Never refuse a shipment, even if it is late! If you refuse a shipment for whatever reason, We cannot issue credit or offer replacement. Our cultured corals are extremely hardy, some have survived up to 3 and a half days in transit. A delay of a few hours does not necessarily mean the corals are DOA. Please accept the shipment, acclimate the corals to your tank and we will make sure you are credited for any lost animals.

Free shipping on Livestock orders over $195.00   This policy helps to ease the pain of Priority Overnight Shipping costs.  This minimum must be met after all applicable discounts and/or credits have been applied.  If the minimum is not met, regular shipping rates will be added to your order.

Saturday Delivery

 

This will be beneficial to those paying by PayPal.  Simply add Saturday delivery to your order by clicking on the Buy Now button below and our cart system will allow you to process the correct payment when you complete your order.  This step is not necessary when paying with a credit card, but can still be used.  If you do not add Saturday delivery to your order but request the service we will add the $12.50 to the total when processing your payment.

Shipping Policy

Shipping

We only ship within the continental United States. All Shipments are sent by FedEx Priority Overnight and in most markets, they guarantee delivery of your package by 10:30 AM the next business day.

If another form of shipment is required the price will be adjusted and you will be notified by email of the total cost prior to the transaction being completed.

Since we package our orders in the late afternoon / evening our livestock only remains in the shipping box a little over 18 hours. This helps assure your order will arrive healthy and less stressed.  We have shipped hundreds of boxes of corals over the years and we have found that there are usually no DOAs when the shipment is received prior to noon the next day and the corals are acclimated upon arrival.

You will be charged for priority overnight shipping cost plus a $8.00 box charge.  This charge includes heat/cool packs. North Carolina residents will be charged 7% sales tax on their order.

Shipping charges have been broken down by primarily by Time Zones.   Please be sure to select the correct time zone.  We make every effort to check and will correct the error if needed.

Shipping Charges will be calculated when you place your order online.  You can calculate shipping cost by adding items to your cart without having to complete your order or provide credit card information.

*An additional charge of $12.50 will be added for Saturday delivery.
 

 

Ordering



To place your order, browse our website pages, add items to your cart and complete the checkout process. You will receive confirmation by email that verifies your total, shipping address and delivery date. Orders received prior to 4:00 PM EST are usually shipped the same day if customer desires next day delivery. An Email containing your FedEx Tracking number will be sent confirming that your order has been shipped. If for some reason your order was placed prior to 4:00 PM EST and we are unable to get your shipment out, you will be notified by phone or email that your order was not shipped.
